主要职责：
•        Conducting clinical interview to collection surgeons’ product adoption rate under different set scenarios accompanied by local FW agency
•        Preparation of interview including questionnaire hard copy, voice recording, handwriting recording etc per project team requires
•        Timely submission of interview results in either hard copy or soft copy, voice recording files, receipt of honorarium etc per project team requires
•        Follow up of the interview such as call back to confirm/clarify details and questions if project team finds out anything unclear from the interview result submission
•        Insure attendance to project and interview training and necessary checkup as project team arranges
•        Prompt feedback and communication with project team on task progress, issues happen and follow up status etc
Interview brief:
o        Face-to-face interview with surgeons from departments of general surgery（普外科肝胆方向）, Hepatic Surgery（肝胆外科）, Imaging Intervention（影像介入科）, Ultrasound（超声科）
o        The interviews could be conducted in hospital or any appointed location per actual arrangement thus the moderator would need to travel to the location by himself/herself
o        Each interview will last 30 – 50 minutes per actual situation
o        All interviews should be completed within 1.5 weeks (Oct.21 – 31)
o        The interview is about surgeon’s adoption rate of ablation product under different product and brand scenarios. The details will be provided during specific trainings from project team

任职要求：
•        Clinical background preferring medical school student
•        ≥ 5 year in medical school preferring profession direction to general surgery, locoregional therapy (ablation, intervention)
•        Knowledge/experience of medical device or engineering background is strongly preferred, such as major of clinical engineering, bioengineering etc
•        Strong ownership, responsibility, logical thinking and respect to deadline
•        Good communication and interpersonal skill
•        Must be a fast learner
